MTV announced that they are going to broadcast the concert of Gorillaz from Roundhouse in London, where the magnificent cartoon band is going to play 2 nights in a row – 29th and 30th of April.
MTV is going to stream the tracks from the new album of Gorillaz – Plastic Beach, live through their websites all over the world. MTV announced they will also start a program to support the show.

The son of the living legend – Paul McCartney, James McCartney announced he is going to start his first tour.

Taylor Swift took the award for Album Of The Year for hers “Fearless” album and Best Female Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song for “White Horse”
Beyoncé was the star of the ceremony, she won the Song Of the Year, Best R&B Song and Best Female R&B Vocal Performance awards for the song – Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It), Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for Halo, Best Contemporary R&B Album for “I Am… Sasha Fierce” and Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance for “At Last”
Kings Of Leon took the Record Of The Year award for “Use Somebody” The Black Eyed Peas won the Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals for “I Gotta Feeling” from “The E.N.D” album and also won the Best Pop Vocal Album for the same album. Lady GaGa took 2 awards home – Best Dance Recording for “Poker Face” and Best Electronic/Dance Album for “The Fame”
The award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance went to Jason Mraz and his song “Make It Mine” from the album We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things.
The Best Rock Album award was won by Green Day with 21st Century Breakdown

The rapper Lil Wayne, performed his last show this Monday (28 December) in his hometown – New Orleans, before going to jail for one year.
The 27 year-old artist, performed at the stage of the New Orleans Arena, sang some of his most famous songs and told “I’m nothing without you” to his fans, which were screaming from pleasure.
Lil Wayne’s legal problems started in 2007, when his tour bus was stopped by authorities and they found inside a bag with loaded weapon. In court the rapper pleaded guilty for weapon and drug(from separate case) possession and was sentenced to a year behind bars. His sentences starts at February 09, 2010.
