Toni Braxton returns with a new single
The R’n'B star Toni Braxton returns on the world scene. Her last song was “The time of our lives” which was elected as an anthem of FIFA 2006. And here is she again, several years later, with a brand new track. Her new song is called “Yesterday” and it is the debut single of her new album “Pulse” that is to be released in May 2010. The son of the living legend – Paul McCartney, James McCartney announced he is going to start his first tour.

Beyoncé was the star of the ceremony, she won the Song Of the Year, Best R&B Song and Best Female R&B Vocal Performance awards for the song – Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It), Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for Halo, Best Contemporary R&B Album for “I Am… Sasha Fierce” and Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance for “At Last”
Kings Of Leon took the Record Of The Year award for “Use Somebody”
The Black Eyed Peas won the Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals for “I Gotta Feeling” from “The E.N.D” album and also won the Best Pop Vocal Album for the same album.
Lady GaGa took 2 awards home – Best Dance Recording for “Poker Face” and Best Electronic/Dance Album for “The Fame”
The award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance went to Jason Mraz and his song “Make It Mine” from the album We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things.
The Best Rock Album award was won by Green Day with 21st Century Breakdown

The ex-frontman of the famous band “System of a Down” – Serj Tankian is going to release CD and DVD with his new solo project called “Elect the Dead Symphony”
The concert in support of the album “Elect the Dead” was on 16 march 2009 in Auckland Town Hall, Auckland, New Zealand.
